Duties

- Analyze sales support metrics to identify trends, areas for improvement, and training needs.
- Facilitate training programs for staff on sales techniques, customer service best practices, and project management skills.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with management to ensure company goals are being reached.

- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales support techniques.
Experience
- Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective interaction with clients and team members.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
