Personal Lines Account Manager

Personal Lines Account Manager / Personal Lines Customer Service Representative should efficiently service personal lines accounts (personal insurance for clients such as but not limited to personal automobile, homeowners, boats, umbrellas, etc.) including collection of premiums and claims; to be familiar with company guidelines and underwriting; to be knowledgeable in personal lines coverages; to maintain rapport with clients and company underwriters; and to sell new and additional policies and solicit other types of insurance

Requirements- Property & Casualty Insurance License with qualitative experience in Personal Lines [preferred]. However, professional 'client focused' problem-solvers without licensure/experience are encouraged to apply [assuming candidate understands insurance licensure is compulsory for long term employment. Hiring for our Apex office- Very large & fast-paced agency with large commercial footprint & rapidly growing personal lines footprint. Candidate would work collaboratively with our existing experienced PL Account Manager to manage existing clientele take care of a ~500 existing Personal Lines customers and work with team members & Producers to increase client base / revenue.
