What are the responsibilities and job description for the Inside Sales Associate position at Insure Pacific Inc., DBA: Prineville Insurance Agency?
$50,000 - $100,000 yearly commissions for sales
Responsibilities:- Assess and send qualified leads to inbound sales representatives so they can convert clients and provide quick turnaround
- Update customer database regularly to provide the most up-to-date client information to the sales team
- Funnel new qualified leads into the sales pipeline by following up with each prospect via email, phone calls or other forms of communication
- Report on key performance and sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure sales goals are achieved
- Seek out new business opportunities within the assigned geographies to expand clientele
- Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and be able to travel by car
- Experience using CRM software as part of the sales process
- 2 years of experience in sales or a similar role
- Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills and time management skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred

Our hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 to 5:30. You will be asked to attend early morning, evening, and an occasional Saturday meeting for either networking or to support local and community events.
