Job Overview
We seek a highly organized Concrete Construction Project Manager to lead and manage various projects from inception to completion. This role requires effective communication and conflict management abilities to ensure project goals are met within established timelines.
Responsibilities
- Ensure productive and consistent communication between field and office staff.
- Establish and maintain relationships with field superintendents, foreman, and management teams.
- Take the initiative and lead project teams.
- Contract/Scope review and execution.
- Project safety compliance
- Job cost spread and estimate review
- Submittal and RFI management
- Project sequencing and scheduling
- Project quantity/progress tracking
- Daily Report review and compliance
- Project cost analysis & reporting
- Invoice coding and approval
- Material/equipment procurement
- Change order request issuance/tracking
- Develop basic change order estimate pricing
- Coordination with GC/Owner
- Coordination with Operations Manager regarding manpower/resources
- Create a proactive safety culture that encourages “safety first” thinking and performance
Requirements
- 5 years of experience as a Concrete Construction Project Manager
- A bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering is recommended, or equivalent experience within the field is required.
- Strong knowledge of construction principles/practices required
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with an adaptable and flexible style in working with all types of individuals
- Project set up, budget planning, buy out, and cost reporting experience is a must
- Good understanding of critical path scheduling.
- Experience leading a successful project team, including employee development and maintaining relationships with external entities
- Energetic and highly motivated with a strong sense of urgency
- Highly entrepreneurial and self-motivated, with the ability to work equally well on one’s own as well as in a team environment.
- Ability to walk the job site, climb ladders, and multi floor scaffolding.
- Software: Bluebeam, Procore, MS Office, MS Projects
- Work Onsite at the Concrete Construction Office

Pay: $70,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
