Integrated Engineering (iE) is seeking a dynamic Product Marketer to drive the success of our iE/Xodus product portfolio. In this role, you will oversee products from initial concept to launch and through their lifecycle. You'll serve as a key liaison between internal teams, external stakeholders, and customers, ensuring that product strategies align with both company goals and customer needs. You will also play a critical role in enhancing business processes, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and promoting integrity and respect in the workplace.

Responsibilities and Essential Duties:
- Product vision: Define the product strategy, roadmap, and feature set based on customer needs, product development parameters, and company goals.
- Market research: Analyze and understand the market to identify opportunities, including competitive analysis, pricing analysis, credible forecasting, market sizing, and customer needs.
- Product development: Collaborate with internal teams to create accurate timelines and ensure that products are developed on time, within budget, and to specifications.
- Product launch: Lead out in developing plans with internal teams to effectively launch new products to consumers.
- Product support: Be an expert on all products and work cross-functionally to identify defects and opportunities for product evolution, while ensuring the product meets legal, safety, and quality standards.
- Communication: Regularly communicate with stakeholders, including company executives, to report on progress and future plans
- Product pricing: Develop effective pricing strategies through a combination of market research, cost analysis, competitive analysis, and desired financial outcomes, including aging product price adjustments.
- Maintain best practices and participate in continuous improvement activities
Preferred Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
- 3 years relevant work experience, including project management experience
- Prior management experience a plus
- Certified Product Manager (CPM) or New Product Development (NPD) Professional Certification a plus
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on delivering high-quality work
Physical Demands:
- Sit, walk, stand, and work under or around vehicles for eight or more hours
