Marine Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities & Expectations: 

The Marine Sales Coordinator will support sales and service operations for the marine generator division.

• Support sales operations with receiving and processing customer orders, shipping, billing, invoicing, dealer relationships, and inventory management.

• Sales calls: take incoming sales calls and/or emails from marine dealers and OEM’s, and process, ship, bill, and invoice the orders
• Dealer relationships: assist dealers with registrations for on-boarding, portal access, and training classes
• Inventory management: assist with keeping proper levels of inventory for both marine generator sets and accessories

• Support service operations with dispatching, billing, invoicing, data entry, incoming service calls and tracking parts.

• Service calls: take incoming service calls from customers then process, record and coordinate service call appointments with technicians and customers, and follow up on customers inquiries
• Parts: assist with evaluating all parts required on service orders, track and reconcile parts orders
• Service Orders: Track, review, invoice and bill service orders as needed
• Data entry:  enter write-ups and time sheets from technicians, document all correspondence in CRM

Qualifications and Competencies: 

• Related experience in an industrial environment preferred
• Intermediate to advanced experience working with Microsoft Office
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Bilingual – English, Spanish preferred
• Able to work in a fast paced, service-oriented environment
• Requires excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
