Integrated Staffing is seeking a Project Manager to support our client’s NY-Sun Program, contributing to the development and operations of renewable energy initiatives. The selected candidate will collaborate with NY-Sun Residential and Nonresidential program staff, contractors, and customers to ensure the program's success and alignment with our client’s energy goals.
This is a full-time, remote position for a 1-year contract. The pay rate ranges from $40.86 - $52.88/hr depending on experience. The start day is tentatively scheduled Monday, January 6, 2025.
Project Manager (Remote) Key Responsibilities:
· Program Operations Support:
- Engage with contractors and customers participating in the Residential/Nonresidential Program.
- Coordinate with Quality and Market Standards (QMS) teams to update contractor statuses.
- Assist with onboarding new contractors and processing project modifications and design reviews.
· Documentation and Development:
- Work with staff to develop and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and guidance documents for contractors.
· Other Duties:
- Perform tasks aligned with the objectives of the NY-Sun and Energy Storage teams, ensuring project alignment with organizational goals.
Project Manager (Remote) Qualifications and Skills
- Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Management, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
- Preferred:
- Familiarity with Salesforce and the Microsoft Office suite (including Teams).
- Knowledge of solar PV and energy storage systems, as well as NY Solar and Storage markets.
- Experience with distributed energy resource programs, particularly NY-Sun.
