Job Description Support Engagement Leads and Delivery Leads in the scoping and execution of high-quality consulting engagements from start to finish. Analysing and evaluating business systems across organisations, recording and analysing workflow charts, records, reports, manuals, systems and processes. Prepare solutions and improvements to processes and systems including recommending more efficient and effective operating models. Competent use of a range of analytical tools.
