Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure a productive work environment.
- Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for team members.
- Supervise front desk operations, including phone etiquette and customer service.
- Coordinate event planning for company functions and meetings.
- Maintain accurate records of office supplies and manage vendor relationships.
- Utilize QuickBooks for financial management tasks as needed.
- Develop and implement office policies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide team management support by training new staff members and fostering a collaborative work atmosphere.
Requirements
- Proven experience in office management or related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills.
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is preferred.
- Ability to manage schedules efficiently while supervising team members.
- Familiarity with vendor management processes is a plus.
- Event planning experience is desirable but not mandatory.
