Key Responsibilities
- Prepare journal entries, payments, billing, and accounting reports.
- Analyze and maintain general ledger accounts and client insured records.
- Assist with monthly and quarterly close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Conduct variance and trend analysis for key general ledger accounts.
- Collaborate with senior management, partners, carriers, and clients to present financial findings.
- Support the development and documentation of accounting policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies, SOX, SSAE16, US GAAP, and local regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
