- 8am - 6:30pm
- 100% Adult med
- 8-10 patients per shift
- Independently evaluates patients, documents plan of care, some new patient evaluations (benign and malignant hematology), manages chemo toxicities
- Active CT License
- Board Certified
- ONS chemotherapy cert
- Chemotherapy prescribing experience (certification)
- DEA
- BLS, ACLS
- Outpatient hematology experience - Preferred
- Experience with bone marrow biopsy
- Epic proficient
- RNs, MA, COA
- EPIC
