What are the responsibilities and job description for the CNC Machine Operator position at INTELETECH GLOBAL INC?
Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC machines to perform precision cutting, drilling, and shaping of metal and plastic parts based on technical drawings and specifications.
- Set up and adjust machine tools, including loading materials, calibrating settings, and selecting the appropriate tools for each job.
- Monitor machine operations and adjust controls as needed to ensure optimal performance and accuracy throughout the process.
- Inspect finished products using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, etc.) to ensure they meet required specifications and quality standards.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines to minimize downtime and maintain equipment efficiency.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all safety protocols and procedures.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in CNC machining or a related field preferred.
- 2 years of experience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CNC programming.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills for diagnosing and fixing machine-related issues.
- Knowledge of precision measuring instruments and quality control procedures.
- Ability to work independently and in a team to meet production targets and deadlines.
Compensation: $63,000.00 - $66,000.00 per year
