Intense Collision Center is looking to add an Automotive Paint Technician / Prepper to our team.
Primary Position Responsibilities:
- Completing required vehicle prep work prior to paint (sanding, masking, priming, etc.)
- Inspecting vehicles for imperfections
- Use of specific tooling, equipment, and techniques for vehicle preparation
- Utilizing techniques and operations of paint prep (block sanding, body filler, masking, etc.)
- Shop organization
- General shop maintenance
- Basic administrative duties
Mandatory Qualifications:
- 2 years automotive repair industry experience
- Tooling knowledge and experience
- Acute attention to detail
- Ability to follow instruction
- Able to work well with others in a team
- Physically capable of lifting 50lbs unassisted
- Valid Driver’s License
- Insurable Driving Record
Desired Qualifications:
- Prior automotive paint prepping experience
- Prior automotive painting experience
