As a Project Engineer , you will lead project teams in developing Architectural and Engineering (A&E) design packages for telecommunications infrastructure. This role is ideal for licensed professional engineers (PE). Key Responsibilities
- Modify and review AutoCAD templates for A&E drawing packages.
- Provide feedback and redlines on deliverables before final approval by the Engineer of Record.
- Perform civil/structural design and analysis on equipment pads, steel platforms, antenna mounts, and more.
- Create conceptual sketches for design inclusion.
- Recommend design changes for telecom sites (civil/electrical).
- Ensure structural documentation aligns with overall project objectives.
- Develop and manage tools, standards, and training.
- Conduct quality audits of external work products.
- Respond to consultation work orders.
- Proactively manage and communicate project updates.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Master's preferred).
- EIT designation required; PE or EE licensure preferred.
- 3-8 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD/Revit software.
- Experience with Bluebeam
- Familiarity with relevant codes and standards.
- Electrical plan development, including one-line diagrams.
- Proficient in MS Excel and software for engineering calculations.
- Understanding of structural load paths, tower hardware, and welded/bolted connection design.
- Familiarity with steel shop fabrication processes.
- Knowledge of tower construction and reinforcement.
- Experience with tnxTower and/or RISA 3D software.
- Structural license

- Hybrid work schedule: in-office Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Option to work from home or office on Mondays and Fridays.
