What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant position at Inter County Title Company?
We are looking for a tech savvy, detail-oriented candidate capable of working independently to complete a high volume of tasks accurately and timely while providing exceptional customer service individual to join our team.
Schedule: full-time, Monday through Friday, 8-hour shift
Starting wage: $20.00-22.00 per hour depending upon education, experience, and qualifications.
Qualifications:
- Extremely detailed oriented, a self-starter, with excellent organizational, written, verbal and interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact with all levels with customers/clients
- Computer savvy
- Associate degree or equivalent education and/or work experience
- Possesses a sense of urgency, attention to detail and able to multitask while dealing with frequent interruptions.
- Display a positive, outgoing attitude with the desire to exceed customers’ expectations.
- Able to identify internal and external customer requirements and expectations and adhere to current industry regulations
- Notary Commission (must be willing to obtain)

The daily work site is in Placerville. No remote work is available.
