Location: 2900 N. MacArthur Drive, Tracy, CA, 95376

Shift:
- Days: Saturday to Wednesday (Thursday and Friday Off)
- Hours: 6:30 AM to 3:15 PM

Job Description:
We are seeking multiple reliable, dependable, Production Associates that are looking for the opportunity to get their career back on track and to join our team in Tracy, CA. We need career oriented individual's that are looking for a serious full time role to get their career back in line with their professional goals.
Being a 3 month contract to hire, this is a full time opportunity that can turn into a career, so only looking for applicants that are ready to work & looking for full time hours and opportunity for OT.
Do not apply unless you're a committed individual who's ready to work & looking to work less than 40 hours a week. This is NOT a part time job, this is 40/hrs per week with opportunity for overtime.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform production line tasks efficiently.
- Deliver quality work while adhering to company standards.
- Communicate effectively with co-workers to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Ability to work in a cold environment.
- Follow the dress code: no slides, Crocs, or sandals allowed.
- Reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
- Previous production experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and team-oriented skills.
Schedule and Benefits:
- Schedule: 5 days a week, 8-hour shifts.
- Duration: January 4, 2025 – May 2, 2025 (16.9 weeks).
