Job Description
The Residential Loan Marketing Admin supports a loan officer by managing marketing efforts, client outreach, and administrative tasks. This role focuses on promoting loan services, building relationships with clients and partners, and helping the loan officer grow their business.
Key Responsibilities
Create and manage marketing materials like flyers, social media posts, and emails to promote the loan officer's services.
Assist with social media account updates and content creation.
Coordinate and schedule client meetings and follow-ups.
Track and report on the success of marketing campaigns.
Maintain client and referral partner databases.
Assist in planning and organizing client events.
Organize events or webinars to build client and partner relationships.
Ensure all marketing efforts meet compliance standards.
Manage team gifting and referral systems.
Maintain lead sheets, core forms, and assist with initial file setups (e.g., FHA approval).
Qualifications
Experience in marketing, administrative support, or a related field.
Knowledge of tools like Canva, social media platforms, and email marketing software.
Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
Familiarity with mortgage loans or willingness to learn.
