Job Summary:
Develop and execute trial plans.
Create new products on our varied composites, textile, coating, foam, and additive manufacturing technologies.
Work directly on 3D composites processing equipment and provide “hands on” support to manufacturing and process engineers.
Analyze test data of newly created products and raw materials.
Advance Technical Readiness and Manufacturing Readiness Levels.
Document processing conditions. test results, and other critical-to-quality data.
Conduct material characterizations for FEA modeling.
Research new composites materials and novel processes.
Create work instructions and SOP’s for Quality System.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution in Engineering, Engineering Technology or relevant/related disciplines
Skills/Knowledge:
Must be a technologist/engineer who has mold design and making experience
Must have process knowledge to cast parts with 2-part chemistries
Working knowledge of composites, textiles, foam, coating, and other processing equipment.
Working knowledge of materials testing equipment.
Eagerness to learn and explore advanced 3D composites, textile processes, and other Additive Manufacturing processes.
Working knowledge of advance fiber placement systems is desirable.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Effective team player, with strong critical thinking skills.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to create and read 3D Modeling is highly desired.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $24.00 - $32.00 per hour
