Interim Healthcare is searching for a Client Services Supervisor to manage office operations and the team that provides intake and scheduling of patients and clients.

Essential Job Functions:

• Ensure 24/7 phone operations by developing a robust schedule of client services representatives, maintaining coverage during both business hours (8am-5pm) and after hours (on-call coverage).
• Serve as primary incoming call handler during business hours (8am-5pm).
• Receives referral calls, documents job orders, assists in staffing orders with qualified personnel, and/or organizes/reorganizes job schedules for home care personnel and healthcare providers.
• Promotes agency through education to prospective and existing patients/clients.
• Provides input to management on improving processes and procedures, developing recognition and reward programs, and becoming more cost and time-efficient.
• May have access to personal health information ("PHI") necessary to fulfill the above duties and responsibilities.

Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:

• A warm, compassionate personality that seeks to help other people. You will be talking to people that are going through the toughest parts of their lives while trying to care for sick family members. Sometimes this stress can be misdirected to you. It's absolutely essential that you meet these challenges with warmth, caring, and understanding.
• 3 years of experience in customer service, account management, or other position where you spent a substantial amount of time on the phone in a client-facing position.
• Native or near-native ability to communicate in English (written and spoken).

Preferred Experience:

• Prior experience supervising a team, maintaining team schedules, and hiring employee is highly valued.
• Ability to speak Spanish is high valued, as some client calls come from family members that are Spanish speakers with very limited English.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:

• Proven organizational skills and detail orientation.
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure with changing priorities and short deadlines, and effectively handle a heavy workload.
• Ability to effectively communicate, both orally and in writing, with clinical and non-clinical personnel.
• Proficient with modern computer software, such as Gmail and Microsoft Office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
