Where we need help

Bring your voice to the Allbirds Creative Studio. The Allbirds Creative Studio is a multidisciplinary group of talented creatives that obsess over bringing the Allbirds brand to life. We’re looking for a talented copywriter who can help to evolve our brand voice, and develop copy for a variety of needs across channels. This person should be able to write copy that’s fun and witty, but also make complicated subjects like sustainability feel simple and approachable. 

What does the job entail?

  • Work with the Lead Copywriter to help develop advertising and product launch campaigns from concept to execution across channels including email, product marketing, social, site and app copy and more
  • Develop a deep understanding of the Allbirds voice 
  • Write compelling brand-right copy that's tailored to the needs of different marketing channels
  • Expert in editing, grammar, and proofreading techniques 
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (brand, PR, channels, creative) to rapidly produce exquisite content that meets brand and business priorities
  • 2-3 days a week in San Francisco or Portland creative studio

What kind of person are we looking for?

You love language, can slip into the Allbirds voice like a chameleon, and are adept at working across multiple mediums, including web, emails, retail, packaging, video scripts, direct mail, advertising, and more. 

More practical skills needed:

  • 5 years in a marketing copywriting role
  • Experience writing for a lifestyle/consumer brand
  • Someone who thinks big and loves collaborating 
  • Can work independently and is a stickler for details and deadlines
