What are the responsibilities and job description for the Local Coordinator - J1 High School Exchange position at International Cultural Exchange Services?
ICES is seeking a passionate representative to lead and empower a local team in your area dedicated to creating transformative experiences for high school students worldwide. Join us in making a difference!
Only applicants with experience working with J1 visa high school programs will be considered.
Responsibilities:
· Help build, Manage, support, and mentor a local team
· Keep team members on track with company deadlines and goals
· Ensure all work is done in line with quality standards
· Assist in implementing policy
· Collaborate within the Regional Manger
· With your team be able to place 20-30 exchange students for the 2025 school year
Qualifications:
· Minimum two years’ experience in international youth exchange
· Managerial experience
· Excellent communication skills
· Excellent problem-solving skills
· Excellent computer skills
· Eligible to work in the U.S.
Compensation & Travel Opportunities:
This is considered a flexible part-time work from home position and is supplemental base/commission income. Earnings can range between $6,000 - $30,000 annually in compensation from a monthly base, commissions from placement fees, supervision fees and goal bonuses.

Also, we have annual training conferences in the Spring, usually in Las Vegas Nevada or Orlando Florida, we will fly you to the conference with a hotel stay at our expense. We have a lot of fun getting to know each other with great dinners, shows, along with some amazing training.
