The Job You Will Perform :

The Commercial Solutions Specialist is a key customer facing role to elevate and tailor the 80’s of the 80 / 20 customer experience such as P&G in order fulfillment by optimizing key supply chain parameters across the order cycle and throughout their global network. This role will be responsible for optimizing the ongoing management of transportation and warehousing solutions based on forecasts and requirements for key customers while balancing cost, risk and performance. Additionally, this role will support the commercial organization in supply chain design, global inventory strategy, supply exception management, and providing stakeholder visibility to global supply health.

The Commercial Solutions Specialist will be directly responsible leading efforts to support the evaluation, execution, and optimization of delivery needs for a global customer’s footprint. This includes collaboration with Supply Chain, Sales, and Customer Service to gather costs and requirements for new supply chain design, presentation of options and costs to customer, monitoring and presentation of key KPI’s with customer, support of customer during hypercare, and global inventory management.

• Build relationships with key stakeholders
• Standardize Supply Chain and Distribution Business Processes and Reporting
• Learn business terminology, key metrics, and drivers
• Develop working knowledge of current files
• Learn reporting and analytical systems (SAP, Excel, Power BI, etc)
• Gain familiarity with historical results in order to provide forward looking analysis

Key Accountabilities :

Coordinate Air Freight when necessary

Maintenance of inventory dashboard
