Duties:
- Recruit and select students for participation in the student exchange program
- Coordinate the placement of students with host families and schools
- Provide guidance and support to students and host families throughout the exchange program
- Organize cultural activities and events for students to enhance their experience
- Collaborate with schools and community organizations to promote the student exchange program
- Monitor and evaluate the progress of students during their exchange program
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to student placements and program activities
Skills:
- Experience working with students, preferably in an educational or social work setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with students, host families, and school personnel
- Ability to recruit and select suitable candidates for the exchange program
