Role Overview
As the Office Lead / Chiropractic Assistant, you’ll take charge of patient communication, oversee daily office operations, and contribute to the growth and success of the practice. Your ability to educate patients, manage workflows, and foster relationships will make you an integral part of the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the go-to person in the office, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Educate patients on their care plans, fostering trust and encouraging referrals and reviews.
- Manage scheduling, billing, and office flow to maintain efficiency and organization.
- Act as a liaison between patients and doctors to ensure seamless communication and care.
- Drive the office to success by proactively addressing operational needs and improving performance.
- Coordinate and lead office events to enhance patient relationships and promote the practice.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years in customer-facing roles, with a proven ability to build relationships and deliver outstanding service.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a focus on efficiency and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to educate and inspire patients.
- A proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving and operational management.

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 39 – 41 per week
