INTO Hofstra is searching for a dynamic, student-focused leader to take on the role of Assistant Director of Student Experience. This key position is all about ensuring a world-class experience for our international students, helping them navigate every aspect of life at Hofstra—housing, dining, orientation, and more!

What You'll Do:

• Oversee and enhance the non-academic aspects of student life, from housing to crisis management.
• Collaborate with campus departments and INTO teams to ensure a smooth student transition.
• Develop innovative communication strategies, including pre-arrival engagement.
• Lead and motivate the student experience team to deliver outstanding service.
• Manage student engagement events and ongoing support initiatives, creating an environment where every student thrives.

What We’re Looking For:

• A Bachelor's degree and 3 years of leadership experience in student affairs.
• A strong communicator with excellent decision-making and team management skills.
• Experience working with international students and building relationships across diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and create innovative and positive solutions.
• A passion for supporting multicultural environments and providing exceptional service.
