- Analyze current work processes and develop/recommend most efficient ways to use people, machines, materials and information to assemble products.
- Write process procedures, develop accurate flow charts and perform time studies
- Currently pursuing B.S. or M.S. in Industrial Engineering or Engineering/Industrial Technology.
- Above average grades.
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Strong communicator who excels in a team environment.
- Must be a self-managed, hard-working individual.
- Preference given to candidates with experience with plastics.
- Preference given to candidates with leadership experience through class projects or clubs
- CAD skills a plus
