Job Title : Fleet Compliance Manager
Reports To : Fleet Director
FLSA Status : Exempt
SUMMARY OF POSITION :
This is a non-union, supervisory position responsible for overseeing Fleet compliance throughout all Intren’s operational units.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
- Maintains Telematics (GPS tracking) and Comdata fuel card software for set up and utilization
- Provide research and reports to support internal investigation using telematics data
- Administer IFTA including Quarterly Filing, Decal ordering and distribution
- Manage Fuel Card program, including oversight of daily transactional issues, renew and replace expired fuel cards, replacing lost or damaged cards and measure vendor performance
- Create reports for annual fuel card usage
- Create Annual Green fuel documentation
- Create Annual airline spend data
- Manage Telematics Program including vendor relationship, support problems, driver training, technical support issues, and hardware upgrades and inventory management
- Manage and audit License / Title / Registration program
- Manage and audit DOT Compliance relating to hours of service and inspection compliance
- Oversee and assist with all functions of each position falling under the Fleet Compliance Department
- Any other tasks assigned by supervisory personnel
