Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for Culinary staff at the Haven Country Club in MA. The Culinary staff are responsible for preparing and cooking modern club cuisine, creating a productive and can-do culture, and ensuring food safety standards are met.
Qualifications
- Culinary skills, Food Preparation, and Cooking skills
- Knowledge of food safety standards and guidelines
- Experience in following recipes and portion control
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Collaborative and teamwork skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- Formal culinary education or certification is a plus
