Overview:
Our newly established US commercial team is looking to hire a Growth Manager for the US market. This role will be responsible for development and implementation of domestic growth- and product marketing strategies that generate incremental revenue and profit in our new customer acquisition loops. You will work closely with both the global marketing team and local commercial team operations management to achieve company goals and strengthen market presence in the US.

Responsibilities:
- In collaboration with the US Commercial General Manager who brings 15 years of start-up, scale-up, IPO and M&A experience, you will, develop and execute marketing and product growth strategies and implement them with the goal of driving revenue growth and customer engagement
- Use data-driven insights to ideate, implement and analyze growth tactics that drive incrementality in customer acquisition and retention
- Analyze the US market and identify opportunities and trends to make informed marketing decisions
- Test and implement industry best practices, as well as successful experiments from other markets in the US markets.
- Collaborate with analytics and growth marketing teams from other markets to transfer knowledge to the US.
- Build and maintain relationships with partners, agencies, and influencers to build a sustainable growth setup
- Continuously measure and analyze marketing performance to make adjustments and improve the effectiveness of initiatives
- Keep abreast of competitor products and services and provide feedback to IONOS Product Development teams
Qualifications:
- 5 years of proven professional experience in marketing and product-led growth, preferably in the US market in an eCommerce or DTC context. Subscription experience is a plus.
- Big plus if you have had roles as an intrapreneur in a larger organization where you developed a new concept from the ground up. Or if you have started as, for example, an analyst and have successfully managed to grow into a product management role. We are looking for non-linear career paths that bring outside-of-the-box-thinking and a strong drive to get things done. The opportunity is to turn our challenger brand into a top-3-brand in the US.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including social media, content marketing, and search engine marketing. Preferably, the successful candidate has hands-on experience run campaigns in various platforms. Huge plus if you have extensive UGC-marketing experience or have taken applicable Reforge classes.
- Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns
- Strong analytical skills and experience in interpreting marketing data and metrics
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly if you can prove that you have been excelling in a matrix organization by motivating and engaging stakeholders.
- Ability to think both strategically and tactically
- Ability to work independently and results-orientated
- Formal education and/or professional training and relevant certifications in marketing, business administration, or a related field preferred
Physical requirements and Working Conditions
- Sitting or standing for extended periods of time
- Spend extended hours in front of a computer screen
- Ability to travel via air and/or vehicle on an overnight basis, including international travel on an estimated quarterly basis
- Ability to lift objects during travel up to 20 lbs.
- The role is located in downtown Philadelphia, PA and requires at least 3 days on-site per week or on days as designated by management
