The Administrative Assistant / Billing Clerk will perform a variety of routine administrative and clerical tasks while providing support to company managers and employees. This role will be responsible for assisting in the daily office needs and managing the company’s general administrative activities.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
• Write and distribute mail, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms.
• Answer phones and relay direct phone calls to personnel or take messages while they’re away.
• Process timesheets.
• Process invoices / send out invoices to client
• Develop and maintain filing systems.
• Undertake receptionist duties.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of office equipment, such as printers, etc.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams).
• Good time-management skills and ability to meet deadlines with some to no supervision.
• Ability to prioritize work and work in a fast-paced environment
• Capable of managing tasks, schedules, and information.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be self-starter with minimal supervision.
• Reliable transportation with a good driving record as DISA Background checks are required.
Physical Requirements:
• Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time at a desk and work on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15lbs.
• Required to sit, use hands & fingers, handle, feel, reach with hands and arms, push, pull, carry, stand, walk, stoop, kneel, or crouch.
