Position Title: Card Services Representative I

Reports To: Card Services Manager

General Purpose:

Supports and processes products and services for all Debit Cards, ATM Cards, and Business Credit Cards. Utilizes the Bank’s fraud detection tools to detect and mitigate Debit Card fraud.

Responsibilities:

• Maintains card portfolio for business and consumer credit cards/Debit Cards/ATM cards.
• Understands banking regulation to: Input/Process/Research/analyze and monitor card disputes.
• Process requests from cardholders and branches in relation to our card products by responding in a timely manner with friendly service and taking action when required.
• Work with transactions using the Bank’s fraud detection tools
• Detect and mitigate fraud using the Bank’s fraud detection tools
• Provide exceptional internal and external customer service in a professional manner including but not limited to requests via phone calls, workflows, forms, and emails.
• Maintain a high level of knowledge and technical understanding regarding our products and services including all the features and benefits, fees and charges and disclosures.
• Process, pay and accurately reconcile numerous internal accounts and bills sent to the department in reference to disputes, passport, credit cards and the accounting department.
• Understand and comply with bank policy and procedures, laws, regulations and job duties.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Education/Experience

• High school diploma required
• Minimum of 1 year of banking experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of Silverlake/Xperience, 4|Sight, Workflow, Synergy, Merge Docs preferred
• Basic ATM/Debit Card knowledge (Advanced knowledge preferred)
• Basic knowledge of products and services including online banking and mobile banking
