ISI® Elite Training is an emerging fitness franchise concept currently open, developing, and franchising nationally. Our vision over the next 5 years is to have 400 locations in 40 states with over 80,000 members.
ISI® Elite Training – Cedar Park is looking for high energy, motivating, charismatic, personable and confident personal trainers/group fitness instructors to join our team! We are looking for coaches that are detailed-oriented, love coaching, love people, and have high standards for member experience. As a Performance Coach at our ISI® Elite Training – Cedar Park facility, you will positively affect the lives of our members every time you coach a workout!

Sound like you? Then you may be exactly who we are looking for! Here are some of the responsibilities of a Performance Coach:
- Responsible for creating and maintaining a high energy, welcoming, high vibe environment
- Responsible for organization and cleanliness of the training floor before and after each session
- Responsible for executing nd managing the coach's portion of the sales process
- Responsible for completing required training
- Responsible to attend monthly coach development meetings
- Coache a minimum of 10 sessions per week
- Must be flexible and willing to work weekends when needed and as requested by the Head Performance Coach.
What we look for (requirements) in a Performance Coach:
- Must hold a current fitness certification from an ISI® Elite Training approved education organizations such as ACSM, ACE, NASM, NSCA, etc.
- Must have current CPR/AED certification
- 1 years of professional experience coaching and/or managing in the Fitness Industry.
- Must take a minimum of 3 ISI® sessions per week
- Must be a great communicator, lead by example, be detail oriented, and operate with extremely high standards.
- Resourceful and able to execute a plan of action
- Love helping members achieve their goals and can lead a first class member experience
- Demonstrate the desire to lead employees and motivate teams to goals

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 1 – 10 per week
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Weekends as needed
Work Location: In person
