Duties/Responsibilities:
Onboarding Project Management
• Lead and manage client onboarding projects, ensuring seamless transitions to ISI’s solutions and services.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop project requirements, create implementation plans, and meet onboarding goals.
• Oversee the setup and configuration of cloud environments, such as Microsoft GCC and GCC High, aligning with federal security standards.
• Develop and execute comprehensive onboarding plans that address security, scalability, and operational efficiency.
• Create detailed documentation for onboarding, including configuration reports and client-specific user guides.
Collaboration & Support
• Serve as the primary point of contact during onboarding, addressing client questions and resolving challenges proactively.
• Coordinate with engineering, IT, and compliance teams to ensure onboarding projects align with standards such as NIST SP 800-171, CMMC, and DFARS 252.204-7012.
• Work with cross-functional teams to migrate client data, including email, files, and supported systems, into Office 365 and other platforms.
• Provide hands-on training and demonstrations for tools such as AvePoint Fly Migration Tool, SharePoint, and Power BI, enabling clients to maximize the value of ISI solutions.
Process Improvement & Compliance
• Regularly review onboarding workflows, identifying opportunities for process improvement to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Ensure that onboarding processes comply with federal regulations and best practices for security, scalability, and performance.
• Develop and maintain policies for data handling, system configurations, and operational standards during onboarding.
Documentation & Reporting
• Create and maintain detailed project documentation, including implementation plans, progress reports, and final configuration summaries.
• Deliver actionable insights and recommendations for improvements based on client feedback and project outcomes.
Qualifications:
Required
• United States Citizenship required.
• At least 5 years of experience in project management or onboarding roles within IT or cloud computing environments.
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as NIST SP 800-171, CMMC, and DFARS 252.204-7012.
• Strong organizational, communication, and client relationship management skills.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft GCC and GCC High, Azure, and AWS.
• Proficiency with tools such as AvePoint Fly Migration Tool, SharePoint, and Office 365.
Preferred
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification.
• Experience with Power BI dashboard development and Office 365 migrations.
• Familiarity with security tools such as Microsoft Sentinel, Defender, and OneDrive.
Bachelor’s degree in project management, business, or a related field, or equivalent work or military experience.
