Assigned Schedule: 10pm to 530am Sunday to Thursday (Overtime, including extended shift and weekend work required)
Skill Level: B
Compensation: $17.50 per hour plus $1.25 shift differential
THE ROLE
The CPP Operator is responsible for operating the Rosenthal machine, which converts prepreg rolls into sheets. The position is also responsible for timely transfer of fabricated prepreg sheets in preparation for the tooling process.

TOP RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Set-Up Pre Preg Roll onto machine using hoist
- Operate Rosenthal Machine
- Inspect prepreg sheets for quality
- Relocate unused prepreg roll back to staging area for restocking
- Complete Production and Scrap Report form
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Previous machine operating experience- preferred
- Previous experience with work instructions, work orders, and SAP- preferred

- Candidates must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and verbal communication is essential.
- In this role you maybe be required to stand up to 10 hours per shift and with frequent bending, reaching, and grasping. You will also need to lift, pull or push up to 50 pounds.
