3-6 Month Contract Position
Location - 100% Remote
Our client is looking to add a Manage Engine SME/Engineer that will administer and manage all aspects of Manage Engine Application Manager.
- Manage day to day support of all aspects of Manage Engine. Configure alerts for servers and applications. Create and maintain documentation.
- Participate in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation and improvement.
- Experience creating and implementing new Monitoring solutions, including the migration of existing implementations to the new solution.
- Experience with Linux and Windows System Administration.
- Network experience, understanding WAN/LAN technologies.
- ServiceNow ticket integration
- Paessler PRTG Administration experience is a plus
