Responsibilities:
- Support the Retention Marketing Manager in planning and implementing CRM marketing campaigns across channels such as email, SMS, and push notifications.
- Set up, test, and launch campaigns using CRM tools.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare detailed reports for the Retention Marketing Manager.
- Ensure campaigns align with overall marketing strategies and adhere to brand guidelines.
- Create engaging and relevant content for emails, SMS, push notifications, and other marketing materials.
- Design and manage campaign-specific pages and promotions, ensuring timely publishing and accurate updates on the website.
- Collaborate with the Retention Marketing Manager to develop and refine customer segmentation strategies for personalized, optimized campaigns.
- Work closely with internal teams to communicate planned campaigns and maintain transparency.
- Continuously explore ways to enhance campaigns, improve customer experiences, and drive engagement and retention.
About You:
- Previous experience in iGaming and CRM is essential.
- Familiarity with the UK market is a must; experience in additional markets is a plus.
- Proficient in English with excellent communication skills.
- A marketing mindset coupled with strong analytical abilities.
- Interest and experience in sports and casino.
- Detail-oriented with a methodical, structured approach to work.
- Highly organized with effective project management skills, enabling you to handle multiple tasks and campaigns simultaneously.
