• Within the Civil division: Responsibility of child protection cases, guardianships and commitments, contract review, county real estate work, juvenile delinquency and other general civil assignment.
• Within the Criminal division: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: prosecuting petty misdemeanor, misdemeanor, gross misdemeanor, and felony offenses occurring within Itasca County. This position may be responsible for criminal appeals, law enforcement training, and education with other justice partners from time to timeWork Hours: The normal hours of work shall be 8 hours per day and 40 hours per week.
