• Position location: Lansing, MI. Resource will be working a hybrid schedule. NO REMOTE ONLY OPTION. Will need to be onsite from day 1, two days a week.
• Non-local, must be willing to relocate at their own expense from acceptance with no delays & follow the onsite/hybrid schedule.

Business Analyst 5 with experience in Data Science.

Previous experience working with multiple agencies and/or vendors and/or departments in an enterprise environment are Required

Minimum 1-3 years experience with PBI, R, IBM SPSS, and/or Tableau

Minimum 3-5 years experience with Microsoft Project and Excel is Required

Minimum 2-3 years experience with DevOPs is Required

Minimum 3-5 years experience with Remedy/Helix is Required

Minimum 3-5 years working within a Telecommunications environment is Required

Minimum 3-5 years experience in a large Enterprise setting is Required

Minimum 3-5 years work experience with multiple network platforms is Required

Minimum 3-5 years working with multiple network lines of service is Required

Minimum 5 years dealing with customers is Required

Tasks: Provide presentations, reports, statistics, metrics, and analysis of services provided by Network Services

Short Description: Receive, process, present data, and information from our weekly Helix datasets which are provided from another I&O division.

Complete Description:

 Extrapolate datasets from Service Desk Support Team and prepare using appropriate algorithm tools

 Ability to obtain and report data analysis of datasets

 Facilitate meetings to discuss data analysis of workloads and projects

 Excellent interpersonal skills

Skills, Experience and Education:

Bachelors Degree, Required

Organization and Prioritization skills are Mandatory

Understanding CRISP-DM process model

Ability to follow the steps for a data mining project
