Job Responsibilities :
- Managing ideas and requests: Manage customer requests and ideas, and turn them into product functionality.
- Planning and road mapping: Create plans and roadmaps for product development.
- Tracking delivery: Track product delivery and investments.
- Managing work resources: Manage budgets, portfolios, and work resources.
- Managing requests: Categorize requests, define deliverables, and check progress.
- Risk management: Assess and prioritize risks, and use reports to get details on their potential impact.
- Closure: Reflect on completed work and report on process transformations.
- Manage the product life cycle: From incoming requests and ideas to product delivery, Apptio Target process helps manage the entire product life cycle.
- Establish and track strategic objectives: Link work items to strategic objectives to align daily work with OKRs.
- Define and track deliverables: Define deliverables for each request, and track their progress.
- Support diverse working methods: Accommodate teams that are not fully transitioned to Agile or use a combination of methodologies.
- Identify, analyze, and respond to risks: Get a visual overview of all risks in the system and prioritize which items receive attention.
- Highlight impediments and blockers: Ensure that the team can work smoothly by raising and addressing blockers as soon as possible.
- Manage backlogs: Add, order, or prioritize work in both a product or sprint backlog.
- Reflect and report on completed work: Reflect and report on completed work and process transformations.
- Collaborate on a plan: Use shared views to collaborate on a plan with others and track dependencies across teams.
Required Skills :
- Implementing SAFe: Help organizations implement the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
- Create and view Miro boards: Create and view Miro boards from Apptio Target process, and add them as widgets to Dashboards.
- Business analysis
Required Education : At least a Bachelor s Degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems or closely related field is required.
