We are a growing rental management company on 30A looking for a professional Operations Manager to coordinate with our owners and oversee different aspects of our company. Some responsibilities for this position will include overseeing our property maintenance department, owner communications, and direct support for our General Manager. You should be ready to mentor your team members, find ways to increase quality of customer service and our maintenance efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Owner liaison
• Ensure all maintenance operations are carried out in an appropriate, cost-effective way
• Improve maintenance operational management systems, processes and best practices
• Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee our maintenance team
• Formulate strategic and operational objectives
• Manage maintenance budgets
• Recruit, train and supervise staff
• Find ways to increase quality of customer service

Skills

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
