Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of RN OR experience is required.
- Must be able to Circulate.
- BLS certification is required from AHA only.
- Must have a Covid Card with Booster and 2024-2025 Flu Vaccine is required.
Duties
- Prepare patients for surgery, including conducting pre-operative assessments and ensuring all necessary documentation is complete.
- Assist in the operating room by providing direct patient care during surgical procedures.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and respond promptly to any changes in their condition.
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a smooth surgical process.
- Manage specimen collection processing and maintain accurate medical documentation throughout the surgical procedure.
- Provide post-operative care, including pain management and patient education on recovery protocols.
- Participate in case management activities to coordinate comprehensive care plans for patients.
- Support teaching initiatives within the hospital by mentoring nursing students and new staff members.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $2,700.00 - $2,900.00 per week
