Company Description: IW Group provides pre-arranged, customized passenger concierge services globally through a network of trained agents and affiliates at airports and rail stations.
Position Overview: Perq Soleil is seeking an experienced concierge for a dynamic and demanding role acting as the public face of the Company to the traveling public. Open to helping to develop a new line of business. The ideal candidate will be able to translate client-communicated requests into actionable steps on behalf of the Company and must actively track the progress/status of all active and upcoming services provided by the Company. The majority of this role entails working independently, coordinating the execution of premiere services with internal and external vendors. Thus, natural problem-solving abilities and unwavering dependability are essential to success in this position. The person in this position must commit to supporting and enhancing the Company's reputation for meticulous attention to detail, unfailing discretion, and rock-solid integrity.
Essential Duties:
- Assist in the development of processes and procedures for a new service.
- Assist with identifying and selecting other candidates.
- Maintain a log of all communications and transactions
- Maintain organized files, both computer-based and paper
- Liaise with staff, suppliers, clients, and third party agents
- Research vendors, services needed, and potential partnerships
- Other duties as assigned

- Self-motivated, sees opportunities and takes initiative
- The utmost in discretion; client privacy is a top expectation and responsibility
- Willingness and ability to learn the Company’s business; travel/hospitality industry experience a plus
- Extremely detail-oriented and organized; has an obsession for accuracy
- Proven problem-solving mindset and experience implementing such skills

- Flexibility and adaptability; able to work independently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, specifically business writing
- Computer literacy including Microsoft Office and Google Suite software
- At least two years of general administrative employment experience
- At least 5 years in Hospitality and Customer Service
Physical Language Requirements: Sensory: Must be able to answer the phone, interact with clients and staff. Must be able to speak clearly and understand/be understood using the English language.
