The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for developing and executing operational strategies that enhance warehouse performance, improve processes, and ensure exceptional service levels. This is an in-office role based out of our Campbell, CA office.

Base Pay Range

The base pay range of this position is $100,000 to $120,000 USD annually. Additional compensation through the Incentive Bonus Program is available for this position.

The final offer will consider various factors, such as location, education, and prior experience, to ensure a comprehensive and fair compensation assessment.

The Day-to-Day

• Operations Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement short- and long-term strategies to optimize warehouse operations and align with business objectives.
• Process Improvement: Lead continuous improvement initiatives using lean principles, Six Sigma, and data analytics to streamline workflows, reduce waste, and enhance efficiency.
• Capacity Planning & Resource Management: Ensure the warehouse is equipped to meet current and future business needs by managing staffing levels, equipment, and space utilization.
• Data-Driven Performance Management: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for productivity, accuracy, and service levels. Use data insights to drive improvements and meet performance goals.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Production, Supply Chain, Quality, and Customer Service teams to coordinate activities, resolve issues, and meet operational requirements.
• Inventory Control & Accuracy: Oversee inventory management processes, including daily cycle counts, quarterly audits, and inventory accuracy reporting (both SQL and physical).
• Workforce Leadership & Development: Build and lead a high-performing team through effective coaching, training, and performance management. Create a culture of accountability and continuous learning.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies. Foster a safety-first culture through proactive risk management and regular safety audits.
• Operational Reporting: Generate and present operational performance reports to senior management, providing actionable recommendations for process enhancements and cost savings.

Education and Experience

We prioritize operational expertise, leadership capabilities, and a track record of driving efficiency and results. Relevant qualifications for this role include:

• 7 years of operations management experience in a warehouse, distribution, or supply chain environment.
• Bachelors degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• Proven experience with process improvement initiatives, lean manufacturing, and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Strong background in capacity planning, resource allocation, and inventory control.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute operational strategies that align with business goals and adapt to changing needs.
• Process Optimization: Expertise in identifying inefficiencies and implementing process improvements for scalable growth.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze operational data, identify trends, and use data-driven insights to make informed decisions.
• Project Management: Experience in planning, organizing, and executing complex projects within operational environments.
• Leadership & Team Development: Proven track record of leading diverse teams, fostering collaboration, and developing future leaders.
• Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP platforms, and data visualization tools.
• Change Management: Ability to manage and lead organizational change to improve operations and implement new processes.
