Junior Estimator

Responsibilities to include:
- Contacting subcontractors about bidding, sending drawings and specs, follow up with addendums
- Comparing subcontractor quotes to drawings/specs
- Assisting in preparing bid packages
- Attending pre-bid meetings
- Delivering bids
- Updating and maintaining subcontractor contact lists
- Invitation to bid follow up calls
- Scope review to choose subcontractors
Skills required:
- Proficiency in Excel
- Ability to read and interpret drawings
- Ability to multitask and properly manage time
- 5 years of field construction experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 per year
