Salary: $60,000/year

Company/Position Overview: Our client is hiring a Property Accountant to join their busy commercial real estate and development company. Reporting to the Controller and Accountant, this position oversees accounts payable and all property accounting of our client’s extensive portfolio in Boulder and Boulder County.
Job Duties:
- Assist and oversee accounts payable (including mortgage payments)
- Banking and bank reconciliations
- General Ledger reconciliations
- Prepare Journal Entries
- Review Lease input
- Rent Rolls
- Assist with year-end work paper preparation
- Assist with annual CAM reconciliations
- Process move-out and security deposit refunds
- Respond to tenants and other parties for information requests
- Assist with other special projects as needed
Experience and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred
- 2 years of accounting experience, property real estate, or public accounting experience is a plus
- Intermediate skills in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Yardi experience is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Detail oriented
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 per year
