Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Estimator at J.O. Flowe Grading Co., LLC in Midland, NC. The Estimator will be responsible for analyzing plans, specifications,, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates for projects. The role also involves collaborating with vendors, subcontractors, customers and our project management team to ensure accurate estimations and bids.
Qualifications
- Estimating, Cost Analysis, and Agtek Quantity Takeoff skills
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans and specifications
- Strong mathematical and analytical abilities
- Knowledge of construction processes and materials
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Experience with construction estimating software is a plus
- Bachelors in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
Salary : $50,000 - $75,000
