Position Overview:
We're seeking an experienced Sales/Design Consultant who thrives on inspiring customers to dream big! Your role will be pivotal in helping our clients envision and realize their ideal living spaces. As a Design/Sales Consultant, you will blend your creative design expertise with your ability to lead clients through the sales process. This unique role requires your ability to build trust, provide tailored solutions to each client and close projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Run kitchen and bath consultations both in our Showroom and at the customers home. Collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision and lifestyle.
  • Maintain a pipeline of informed and satisfied customers through clean communication and follow-up
  • Manage leads and prospects through the sales pipeline using a consultative approach.
  • Present detailed project plans, timelines, and estimates to secure commitments.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly revenue targets.
  • Follow the J&RS sales process and pricing
  • Create innovative design solutions that align with clients needs and budget.
  • Utilize our showroom's inventory to bring designs to life.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with our production teams to execute designs flawlessly.
  • Stay up-to-date on design trends, construction principles, and sales techniques.
  • Participate in company marketing efforts, such as attending industry events and trade shows.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Interior Design or related field.
  • 5 years in Sales, Design or related field.
  • Proven experience in residential design and experience with Design Software
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and project management software.
  • Passion for design and creating exceptional client experiences.
  • Ability to build trust and foster lasting relationships with clients.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and results-driven.
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for inspiring clients.
  • Strong design and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Great attitude and ability to work in Team environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
