Your Mission :
As a Cleaning Area Supervisor , you’ll be at the forefront of our operations, leading dynamic teams and ensuring our clients experience top-tier service every day. You’ll oversee multiple locations, inspire your team, and drive efficiency in our cleaning processes. What You’ll Do :
- Lead & Motivate a dedicated team of cleaning professionals, ensuring exceptional service across multiple client locations.
- Train & Develop staff, equipping them with the skills and confidence to excel.
- Optimize Operations by crafting and implementing efficient cleaning schedules and procedures.
- Conduct Quality Inspections to maintain our high standards and pinpoint areas for improvement.
- Oversee Inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure seamless operations at all times.
- Be the Go-To Problem Solver , addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
- Keep Detailed Records of cleaning activities, team attendance, equipment maintenance, and more.
- Collaborate with Management to continuously refine and enhance our cleaning services.
