About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Sports Flooring Specialist to join our team. This role involves a blend of handson work and team leadership. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sanding refinishing and installing sports flooring as well as the ability to lead and manage a small crew effectively.

Experience :

  • Sports Flooring : 2 years (Required)

sports flooring installation sanding and refinishing)

License / Certification :

  • Drivers License (Required)

    • Key Responsibilities :

  • Perform sanding refinishing and installation of sports flooring to the highest standards.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Lead a small crew ensuring efficient workflow and highquality results.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during projects.
  • Communicate effectively with team members clients and management.
  • Ensure all work is completed safely on time and within budget.
