And eager and passionate to partner with our field teams.What You’ll Do Here:Responsible for supporting field engagement plans as well as field media and marketing plansHelp build marketing workshop training materials and conventionDrive local engagement by developing and execute clear, repeatable processes and materials to support the seasonal plans and marketing activities Develop in-season engagement tactics and job aidesAttend key workshops, and in-market market tours for relationship management and improving engagement tactics and ideas Partner with the Franchisee’s and Company Owned offices to help identify areas of business opportunities with field and local stores to deliver local action plansPlanning support and project management for local mediaLocal market media plans development & execution including: Convention planning, support, and execution National Media Plans/Buys Local Market Media PlansPartner with Creative and Visual Merchandising teams for executionReporting in-season weekly updatesIn this role, you’ll work closely with the rest of our team to make marketing campaigns a reality. On a regular basis, you’ll work with our account management team and strategists to understand the structure and goals of a particular campaign. You’ll also consult with our design and copywriting teams to access the creatives needed.
